Do this in the global config:
aaa accounting network stop-only radius
aaa accounting update newinfo
With the 'update newinfo' command, you'll get an updated Start record
with the Framed-IP-Address. Make sure you use stop-only on the network
aaa line or else you'll get 2 Start records - the one without the
Framed-IP and the updated one with it in there. If the 'newinfo'
command is not available, you'll need a newer IOS. I believe 11.3 and
higher support this command properly. Hope this helps.
