(RADIATOR) radacct.cgi and compressed files

Hi Mike,

normally the detail files are very huge and the files are stored
in comressed form. It would be nice if radacct.cgi whould have a 
similar line like this in the code before the open():

$filename =~ s/(.*\.gz)\s*$/gzip -dc < $1|/;
