He sounds like he was involved. Around 1:55.

The National Review has some gall feigning moral outrage over Ron Paul's
racist newsletters in light of its own scandalous history as a bi-weekly
racist newsletter.
While the racial statements in Dr. Paul's newsletters are disgusting (and
perfectly inconsistent with his unassailable 30-year record as a champion
of minorities), they pale in comparison with the blatant and atrocious
racism that pervaded the National Review for decades, published by the great W
illiam F. Buckley himself:
"In the Deep South the Negroes are retarded. Any effort to ignore the fact
is sentimentalism or demagoguery. In the Deep South the essential
relationship is organic, and the attempt to hand over to the Negro the raw
political power with which to alter it is hardly a solution."
SOURCE: National Review, August 1957
"The central question ... is whether the White community in the South is
entitled to take such measures as are necessary to prevail, politically and
culturally, in areas in which it does not predominate numerically? The
sobering answer is Yes–the White community is so entitled because, for the
time
being, it is the advanced race."
SOURCE: National Review, March 1960
"MLK Day would be far preferable on the first Monday in September, for
undeniably one of Mr. King's central achievements was to open the door to the
marketplace for jobs. Somehow, though, it rankles that we should be asked
to take the day off to remember a man whose career was built on leisure. The
GNP, after all, is not produced by people marching in the streets. Perhaps
MLK Day should be celebrated only by the gainfully employed, and all those
on welfare should be required to collect their checks as usual."

"Where Mandela belongs, in his current frame of mind, is precisely where
he is: in jail."
SOURCE: National Review, September, 1985
What say you, Goldberg: does your association with a racist newsletter
disqualify you as a conservative thinker and human being? Will you take
responsibility for your indiscretion and resign from the National Review? Will
you burn W.F. Buckley for a witch?

Why would anyone have ever doubted Paul was involved with the newsletter?
It was published under his name, with his approval and with him listed as
its editor. The taped interview just confirms the obvious. The genuine Paul
apostles don't give a rat's behind about the facts. They're going to defend
him under any circumstances regardless of any evidence, even as they
concoct conspiracy theories about and assign dark, but hidden beliefs and
designs to every other candidate. That's fine. About five-percent or so of any
major party consists of people so nuts they could serve as minor decorations
on a Carmen Miranda hat.
The more frightening thing is that he should be pulling around 20 percent
in Iowa and 10 percent or better in the national polls. That means a larger
segment of the GOP vote than I would care to contemplate is either
hunky-dory with a candidate who consorts with 9-11 truthers and other sick,
wack-jobs, or is absymally unaware of the man's poisonous associations,
published swill and truly disturbing past statements and actions. It is good
to see
that conservative media is finally, and belatedly, beginning to do the due
diligence is should have done all along. But it is also an indictment of
the media in general -- particularly debate moderators and questioners --
that they did not confront Paul

Each day, I learn more about RP and am amazed at how large a following he
has and why the media has not been more diligent in vetting this candidate.
The letters are a problem, whether he wrote them or not, was he the
editor? There is much more that concerns me, today I read at Hot Air that RP
endorsed Cynthia McKinney in 2008? Really? Should any candidate be taken
seriously who exercises that kind of judgment.
"Cynthia McKinney is also next door to being a communist in terms of her
domestic policy. McKinney is an open and avowed enemy of free market
capitalism, preferring instead Ghadaffi-style socialism. Seriously, she
literally
and openly favors dictatorial socialism. McKinney ran on the Green Party
ticket, whose platform explicitly includes guaranteed open-ended welfare (at
a living wage) for everyone regardless of their ability or willingness to
work, among other quasi-communist and far-left economic policies"

Apparently RP has been a frequent guest on the Alex Jones radio show,
surely there must be some audio of interest to voters. How close are the ties
between RP and Alex Jones, perhaps none but please media do your homework,
the Chicago Machine will...
Oh, and what other old video is out there, here's some old RP debate
footage on the issue of legalizing drugs, glad he has toned down his tone but
he
comes across as completely unhinged
