1.  History is the study of cultural evolution. 

2.  Culture is the adaptive mimesis that humans use to cope with the infinite 
variables of reality. 

3. Multi-level selection determines winners based on relative flourishing along 
particular axis of competition. 

4. Humanity evolves by inventing new axis or competition.
