Agreed. But that's what "pre-order" is, you are "pre-ordering" for a future (possible December) shipping. IMO, as I've stated before in another thread, they should have a sign up for email notifications for such future hardware and services (like when Pandora One accounts will be able to stream at the 192k bit-rate on SB players). This would greatly reduce a lot of the "when is xxx going to be available" and second guessing in these forums.
