Maybe that's the trick. I could start using the power button in place of the pause button when I want music to stop playing. I'm an iPeng user, although have never used the master power on/off button.
However that doesn't address what happens when an album plays in its entirety -- the players would all stay on. And then it'll be a loud "good morning" throughout the house come 5am the next morning if I don't remember to turn them off.
