I've had my SB Radio for a few days now and am still not entirely happy
with the Alarm clock behaviour. In truth, this mostly relates to the
switching between my local SBServer and mySqueezebox.com. I find this
whole concept pretty un-intuitive. I think the main problem I have is
that the radio does not automatically switch over to MSB.com if the
local server is unavailable.

I host SBServer on my NAS (ReadyNas Duo) but the tree-hugger in me is
not quite comfortbale with running this 24x7. Maybe that will change
once I get a quieter fan and it doesn't sound like I'm powering a
hairdryer 24x7.

- Last thing at night I may be listening to music or internet radio
streamed from my local SBS on the NAS.
- However, when the alarm goes off in the morning, the NAS is powered
off - so the radio displays a "cannot connect" error and reverts to the
default looped music.
- Ideally I would like the alarm to stream internet radio via MSB.com.
However, unless I remember to manually switch over every night, this
seems to be impossible.
- I would have thought that this was even more relevant to people who
host their SBServer on a PC as this is even less likely to be always
on.

I read somewhere that the latest software is apparently much more
seemless in terms of integration between SBServer and MSB.com.
Fortunately, I'm a newbie. I can't imagine how things could be any LESS
seemless. Perhaps I'll get used to it.

Anyone got any suggestions ?

Cheers
