You should start reading in the wiki for that: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/SqueezePlay_Applets Some of the applets usable are listed there, from there you will also find links to development stuff. As erland wrote - 'easy' installation of applets migh require a local SqueezboxServer. As MySqueezbox is working fine for you, just install the server on your mac - use it to install the applets, then turn it off again as you won't need it for other stuff. Another way to install is the 'manual' install - you can read about it in the wiki. You might be finding some more applets when searching the 3rd party forum for 'Announce'-Threads. I have a normal radio station set as a favourite which I can choose as an alarm sound. Please note that unfortunately there is a difference between 'favourites' and what you have on your preset buttons - maybe you mix them up ? A favourite is created when your target stream is playing, you press the '+' button and then have the choice to add the stream to the favourites list.
