Interesting that you are loosing your presets. I take it you mean the 6 buttons on the front of the radio. I also just bought a SB Radio, my third Slim device (Boom and SB2). I set the presets from the first few moments of setting up last week, 5 for radio stations and the last a playlist. I have my radio connected by default to mysb.com and I havn't use the SBS for the radio except as a test. But I have not lost any presets. There was one odd occasion where the presets "looked" like they had gone. But I switched off the unit and powered back up and they were there as expected. Have you tried this before resetting them?
