I just setup my new squeezebox radio with fios and your same router as you the other day. It took me a couple hours to get the ports forwarded right. Port forwarding on the MI424-WR seems unnecessarily difficult to me from any of the other routers I've used. Basically what you need to do, if you haven't already, is make sure both your software firewall (windows firewall or some other one zonealarm, outpost etc.) and your router firewall aren't blocking these ports. * Name: Squeezebox Server Discovery - Port number: 3483 - Protocol: UDP * Name: Squeezebox Server Control - Port number: 3483 - Protocol: TCP * Name: Squeezebox Server Web - Port Number: 9000 - Protocol: TCP Here's a link to a guide to open those ports in your software firewall.

I also made sure those three ports were open using portforward.com's checking tool. You can get it here http://portforward.com/help/portcheck.htm or you could use a online port checker. Anyway that's what I did and it works for me.
