Thanks for your help!

I tried the PFPortchecker and somehow it seems that my ports are not
accessible from the outside. That explains the issue probably!

I really thought I had set port forwarding up correctly (logitech
support verified my port forwarding rules)

One thing I didn't do was, specify my 'public IP address'. Did that,
PFPortchecker still can't access the ports (FYI, I erased the last
digits of my ip address in the screenshot)

Could you perhaps post a screen shot of the port forwarding rules you
set up?

I would be great getting this to work after 2 weeks! :)
