I called customer service today to inquire as to the status of my pre-order. The customer service representative actually admitted to me that some how the order process was "screwed up", and indeed, orders where not filled on a first come first serve basis.
Unbe-freaking-lievable Logitech. At least one of my radios should be on the way back to BestBuy.
