Well, helped only half the way ... After some more testing:
First try: alarm faded for 2 seconds, then some seconds pause, after that the upbeat riff was playing. Second try: No fade at all, instead the backup alarm was firing. (Connection was stable at that point). And in between, the screensaver was switching 3 times, quite randomly. I think I just settle this and hope for a better firmware. As things look like at the moment, there is no logic to follow. Things just going in unexpected directions.
