Well here's some info for you. Click on my user name and you can read
every post I have made. You won't find me bashing Sean Adams,
Logitech, the programmers, the software or the hardware.

New member, old member, doesn't matter. trashing the programmers, the
company, etc....has no value. It fixes no problems and I can tell you
this for sure...........the guys on this forum who can really help
people (and I am not one of them) are generally put off by such posts.

This is a great forum for having problems solved. Every problem I have
ever had has been successfully resolved, either through help by others
or by myself after being pointed in the right direction.

The problems people are having are real. The problems are not a grand
conspiracy by Logitech to sell sh**ty products complete with untested
software.

Are there problems with 7.5? Sure. Just like there have been with
every software release. (and every software I have ever owned over the
past 20 years)

Several new products have just been released, They are first
generation. Problems will occur. Hopefully they will be fixed. I have a
Squeezebox 3 and a Boom. Mature products. Rare to have a problem these
days.

The Radio and the Touch are not mature products. They will be in time,
and I expect them to be rock solid too. If not...then it's time to go
to something else. ( and sadly remember the Sean Adams days)

The variables are many. Operating systems. Computers. Routers.
Mysqueezebox.com Internet speeds. Servers. Multitudes of variations.
All expected to work flawlessly by the end user. And when they don't?
The end user most often blames the Squeezebox hardware or software.

End of rant. :) I am not trying to be offensive. I am trying to say
comments focused on the company the programmers, etc are unprofitable.

My apologies if I come off as a cranky, senior member. (which I am)

Bruce
