yep, cat6 everywhere in our "new" 92 year old house and a server on 24/7. But I was wireless at the old place and my boom was rock solid with wireless and mysb.com. And squeezeboxes are the heart of my whole house audio system. They do multiply (started just when the BOOM was released for a casual bedside internet radio....now have transporter, boom, duet, with a 2nd boom and SB3 at the weekend cottage. My TOUCH is in transit right now to replace the SB3. I'll be using the built in server on that one with an attached USB drive. Of course 1/2 the reason I wanted the TOUCH was I was tired of answering posts here saying, "well, I don't have a touch, but...." ;-) -- garym ------------------------------------------------------------------------ garym's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17325 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=77422 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
