When I did my initial setup - just last week - I was very apprehensive about clicking the Update prompt, after reading comments here. But for me, so far, everything has worked like a dream.
One thing I don;t care for - and this applies to Controller too, though not to SB Classics - is that customizing the menus for SqueezeCenter and MySB.com is excessively complicated, to the point where I would not say it's a product for novices, even though once set up it - for me - works fine.
