May 29, 2010 Day 53 of the Continuing Nightmare
The Saturday Morning Update: To sum up this problem, Logitech has been of NO HELP and has been blaming RadioTime for the problem and the lack of interface and a resolution to our problems. We currently have buffering problems, some dropped stations, loss of ability to connect with many Clear Channel Stations (Now listed as Unplayable) and the loss of Radio Art while connected to MySqueezebox.com. Today, I decided to escalate the problem in hopes of finding a solution and have taken the liberty of contacting the CEO of RadioTime in Dallas, Texas, He advised he that he too had noticed the artwork loss and some other changes with Logitech and advised me that he would ask them to fix or for an explanation! How refreshing to talk with someone who is proactive and simply a decent human being! Stay Tuned, - If the station is still Playable?
