May 28, 2010 Day 52 with NO RADIO ART on MySqueezebox.com
This morning I received a message from Logitech Support in India asking if my problem still exists, because they havent heard from me lately. There are ONLY SO MANY HOURS IN THE MY DAY. Logitech support has the same number of hours as I do! ---------------------------------------------- Here is Logitechs question: Our systems indicate that we have not received a response from you in the last 120 hours. Please note that you can continue to receive support from Logitech simply by replying to this email. If this case has already been resolved, please disregard this email. You will also receive a Logitech Customer Satisfaction survey shortly, this is used to improve the customer experience we provide to our valued customers. ------------------------------------------------------------ Now, as WE ALL KNOW, the problem, bug, or lack of Radio ARTWORK is well known for the past 52 Days. No repair has been offered by Logitech, RadioTime, or anyone in India! As far as the artwork bug is concerned, this has already been reported to our engineers here: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=16198 Now, to the question of some Radio Stations NOT playing. These are supposedly Clear Channel Stations and everyone is blaming Clear Channel for the stations NOT being available on mysqueezebox.com. Some of them are still accessible if you use the Squeezebox server. If they are accessible through the squeezebox server, I have found that you can set a button on the Squeezebox Radio and the station will become magically available while using mysqueezebox.com although the menu will state that it is unplayable if using the search function to look for the station. However, be aware that NO RADIO ARTWORK is available! This whole project is becoming harder and more convoluted and incestuous by the day! Johnnie Bush Just an Average Consumer Screwed again!
