Got my battery pack last Thursday; works well and have been using it outside with no wires! As I've mentioned, I live in Canada (where Logitech refuses to sell the battery pack) so I ordered through a colleague in the U.S. and paid to have it shipped up here; thanks for the hassle Logitech. Still don't understand why I can't purchase this in Canada and have to go through the U.S.. Logitech should stop selling the Radios in Canada too if they won't support the Canadian market with accessories.
I also completed a survey they e-mailed me and I complained about all of this, including the availability date of March 2010 on their Canadian website (I even provided the URL). The March 2010 date is still there...thanks for listening Logitech. I'll delete your customer satifaction survey the next time and prevent myself from wasting valuable seconds completing it for nothing!!!
