I'm running 7.5.1 without problems - I'd say just give it a try. On the other hand - I try to think hard why one would need 7.5.1 for the Radio. As you already read the release notes - these are the points that might come in handy on the Radio (possibly all just minor stuff for you):
- you can easily prelisten alarm sounds - the alarm sends a WOL 5 minutes before alarm time waking the server (if it was sleeping) - you have options to set minimum brightness - fixed issue with alarms ringing again after they had been turned off (actually I think this was when you stopped an alarm via the 'pause' key or let it timeout then the backup-alarm starts as soon as the connection drops - there is some thread here talking about it.
