Erland (and me as well) also wants that unhappy users don't get into an endless loop of complaining here where there cannot be helped but just spoil the experience for others. Its not fair to take your frustration as a reason to spoil my experience. I'm the wrong target audience, believe me ! And he wants to keep this forums as a place where unhappy people can find help by the community (if there are solutions and workarounds).
