You really aren't listening, are you ?

We do want people to tell us their problems, we want to see if we can
help them since Logitech support doesn't seem to be able to do it.
However, there are things we can't do, for example, we can't fix
Logitech central servers (MySB) and we can't fix Logitech's software
(SBS + firmware), only Logitech can do that.

And we want Logitech to hear about the problems, it's just that there
is barely anyone from Logitech reading this forum anymore, because this
is a COMMUNITY forum and NOT the official support channel. The Logitech
support phone or the official Logitech forum linked earlier in the
thread, is where you should complain about something that doesn't work
unless you find a community solution here.

We want you to be happy and the only way that's going to happen is if
Logitech satisfy your needs and to be able to do that they need to hear
your complains. To make sure they hear you, Logitech support phone and
the official Logitech forum linked earlier in the thread is the way to
go.

Many of us love the Squeezebox products but I think most of the senior
members here are pretty frustrated about how some things has been
handled by Logitech during the last year or so. However, complaining
about that here where the decision makers doesn't listen really doesn't
make the situation any better, it will just make the few happy people
still here even more frustrated.

So we should move somewhere else and Logitech support should move here,
is that your idea ?
How will everyone moving to another place make the situation any better
?
Isn't there are risk that it will cause even more confusion compared to
what we have already today ?

Everything could be easily solved if the people that have problems
which the community can't help them with just contacted Logitech
support and made sure they knew about the problems and made them listen
to the complaints over and over again until the problems were solved.
That would have a lot bigger chance to result in some management
attention that could solve the problems.

I can't believe I just wasted another 30 minutes of my life writing
this post, I really need to stop doing this.
