Correct

They are free to complain and we want them to tell us their problems,
we are just suggesting that if they insist on continue complaining over
and over again after we have realized we can't help them, it would be
better to put these complains somewhere where the persons that can fix
them are listening. That would be Logitech official support phone or
the forums where Logitech support staff reads:

Correct, we are just suggesting that if they want their problems to be
fixed they need to tell someone that can fix them. That would be:
- A bug in bugs.slimdevices.com
or
- Calling Logitech support phone
or
- Posting at the forums where Logitech support staff reads:

People that think it's fun to continue annoying the community over and
over again, I'll just put on the "ignore list" in my forum profile.
This means that I will no longer see their posts. It's really sad that
it had to come to this, because this means that these people will never
get any help from me in the future if they change their behavior, since
I no longer can see their serious posts, but I guess that's something
we'll have to live with.

The Radio was rushed out to the market, I most people realize that.
Sometimes that's something a company has to do because it's more
important to have something out there even if it will hurt your
reputation a little bit. However, the Squeezebox Radio main
functionality, to play music, still works really good, at least in my
humble opinion.

Correct, I think they know something has to be changed before they are
ready for mainstream. Most people on these forums knows it so it would
be strange if the people within Logitech doesn't also realize this.

Correct and this is very sad since the Squeezebox products, especially
the new ones, have a huge potential to be something great if just the
software is fixed.

I'm not taking any tablets and I'm not 100% satisfied. This fallback
alarm issue, which still remains in 7.5.1 towards my local server,
annoys me a lot. My problem is caused by short network disturbances
which I've never seen affecting normal playback but if the alarm is
playing it switches to that annoying fallback alarm.

They are contributing since Logitech actually manage and operates this
community forum. However, I'd love if the Logitech support staff was
available on these forum, picked up the complaints and made unsatisfied
customers happy again.
