I assume you're listening to internet radio (or are you listening to SbS on your own computer and your own music?). In either case, it sounds as if you see the radio station or song, and it appears to be playing. Is the playing time "timer" counting (showing time passing)? The radio is the only SB player I don't own. Does it have a setting in the menu like my boom for either speaker or headphone output. If so, have you double checked that this is on speaker?
