maybe try the download again ? it is possible from some menu to reinstall the same fw .
If that fails, install firmware from mysqueezebox.com again ,that is also an option in some menu . Otherwise contact support, they do test radio fw for weeks before letting it out ? as their is no card reader or usb, so no easy way the fix it . Install an older server version, let it downgrade the radio, try the upgrade again ?
