I don't really understand why, but dlpoole's workaround "fixed" my album and station art problem. I do not use SBS. I use MYB.com But, I started SBS and then booted the radio and connected to SBS. I then reconnected to MYB.com. Then turned off SBS and never turned it back on. From that point on, my station art and album art have not "frozen". It always updates no matter whether I switch to a radio station or Pandora or a Podcast.
