Thanks for getting back to me - no the scanner stops in various places... so I'm guessing is a problem with 7.5.4
Another thing I noticed this morning when I turned it on, unless you actually press the "play" button it wont do anything... just sits there with the antenna picture for a few minutes before switching itself off and going back to the clock!! WTF???? when have you ever.... EVER had to press play on a radio! And it stopped playing 4 times yesterday in total, and still had the picture of the breakfast show on the screen when I got home at 6pm yesterday.....
