Welcome to the forums. It would be helpful to indicate where you are, as Napster has different data centers -- and apparently even different user interfaces/APIs -- in different parts of the world. Napster performance can vary quite a bit depending on the data center. I'm in the eastern US and Napster has been playing fine for me lately, connecting via SBS. Things were pretty awful in late 2010 and early 2011 but have cleared up since.
