Thanks for the reply! I live in the Washington, D.C area. I have the Napster App on my phone, and while the radio and the app may not necessarily be using the same API, the app performs well.
Like I had said, I appear to get similar results regardless of where I'm connecting to. I am brand new to all of this, and I suppose it's possible I've misconfigured my SBS, or perhaps even the radio.
