When I got home this evening I tried to go to Napster on my Radio using the Radio's front controls and just got an endless 'spinny' when I selected "My Apps". Then I went out, and when I came back I tried again and all went well. Top 100, Staff Picks, etc. I didn't try a search with the Radio, but just did with the web ui and it returned listings for the correct artist in about 1-2 seconds.
Re authorization, I'm not sure what you have going wrong. The first thing I'd do is reconfirm your mysb.com credentials on SBS, and reconfirm your Napster credentials on mysb.com.
