Yeah, I kinda figured just resetting your old router would likely work as this would remove any other security settings that may have been in place from the previous installer.
Been a while since I've setup a Radio, I think pressing Play is an option but only signifies that you are done entering the info. Simply arrowing right would do the same thing. If you saw "connecting" on the screen when you tried, although it failed to connect, then you were doing it right. I really think it was a security setting or limitation on your router.
