Mnyb We have FIOS with a Frontier Router and I access through a wifi usb connector. I have wondered if it is a firewall issue. I have Vipre internet security. I did go in to the Router yesterday, but didn't change anything due to inexperience. I was also wondering if it was my torrent software (I download live music - nothing pirated I add). I have a dual boot system, and have just installed LMS on my Win 7 partition. It loaded okay and the player is recognized. It works okay on this system (I can access My Stuff from the player), but not on the Vista partition (I say partition but they are separate hard drives). The Win 7 has basic AVG protection with Windows Firewall. Perhaps I should contact Vipre, although I know the squeezeboxtray.exe app is in the allowed list. The IP of the player is 169.168.1.4 with the IP of the PC server 169.168.1.2 Somehow on the Vista system, the player does not get recognized. The info page on the WIn 7 LMS shows Players Recognized: 1 I appreciate your help.
