Well, a dual boot system on a different OS could certainly complicate things. As I mentioned earlier you *must* find out if any other programs running are trying to access those same ports, like your torrents.
But, now that you have the Radio connected to LMS I'd advise you to add two items to your Home menu that will likely help you if these issues happen again. Add these two Switch items to the Home menu by navigating to them then press "+" on your Radio, select "move to Home menu". 1. Radio > My Music > Switch Library 2.
