Hi, everyone. I have to confess to being totally confused by the technical talk on this forum. 'Sorry.
I bought a SB last year and was so disgusted about getting it set up I didn't use it for months. But now I have it set up to play Internet things like sports talk, Old-Time Radio, and news. I go to the "Favorites" file on the SB and it shows me a list of stations I've saved and I select one. Most of the time it works okay. Sometimes the stream won't play that day but will on another day. I don't understand why this happens, but I am familiar with the C.Crane WiFi radio and know that sometimes the radio needs to be reset by just unplugging it. I have never been notified that I need to do an update and wouldn't know how to do that unless it prompted me. I never go to anything on my PC (as far as the SB is concerned). I have the little icon on my bottom tray on my PC (Windows7) for the Logitech Media Server but I never open it. Should I? Any simple basic information would be much appreciated. I am not anxious to call Logitech Customer Service as they sure didn't help me when I first bought the SB. Thanks so much. B.
