Have you tried a different web browser/computer ? Have you tried to do it while the Squeezebox Radio is connected to mysqueezebox.com by going into one of the "My Apps" menus first ? (I don't think this is needed, but I don't remember for sure) Have you tried to call Logitech support, I'm sure they are very willing to help you with this as they want people to be able to upgrade to the UE products.
