Long shot..... try pressing the Play button to "select" that menu item. Other than that, if the big knob will not function with the menu's (turn to scroll, press to select) I wouldn't know what else to suggest. Tried Logitech phone support? Tried a SB remote if you have another SB player (Touch, Boom, SB3)?
