Hi dasmueller, Thanks for the suggestion. I called directly and walked the customer service person through my problem and he had no other suggestions to help. And because my radio is older than two years there is nothing they will do. So, I spent $200 and for something that didn't work for too long. Not good. While I never had any problems before, I never used it everyday for 24/7, not even close, so to me it's still relatively new.
If you happen to think of anything further I'd appreciate hearing from you. I can't believe that it is dead since it at least turns on and does a factory reset.
