Thanks. I've tried and tried that too. It will make a beeping sound every time I touch it and the screen acts like it shakes a bit, both nothing advancing. Also, the only remote that I have is the app on my phone and through the web, neither can access it since I can't scroll to log onto my router. I have emailed customer service, we'll see. Again, since no battery was stored, it shouldn't seem to matter that it was in my closet for three days or two years. It should work just like it did when I last used it. If you think of anything else or know anyone who has dealt with this effectively I'd appreciate it. Take care.
