Michael... I have 5 players, 1 Boom, 1 Touch and 3 Radios, The Kitchen Radio is often sync'd (but not always) with the Touch and Boom (all downstairs), the back bedroom Radio is very occasionally sync'd, the front bedroom one is never sync'd (used as an alarm radio and once passed it's alarm settings onto other players so never sync this one). I've never tried your walk with me plugin.
The worst culprit is the back bedroom one, which is the least used player, it used to be a Squeezebox Radio but was changed for UE Smart when the original SBR's display failed, the crash and reboots have occurred on both devices, the other 2 SBR's do it and in fact now I think about it, so does the Touch, it's never happened on the Boom. DJanGo... The Kitchen SBR is using wireless, the other 4 are all cabled, all have static IP address assignments.
