I'm sorry I'm not of more help. TBH I never took these reports serious,
as they were not numerous, and we never got to understand the root
cause. Until it happened to me. For several weeks one of my players
(luckily on my office desk, not close to bedrooms) would suddenly start
playing some Radio station. It was around the time when I wrote the Walk
With Me plugin, therefore the question about syncing.
What finally helped me was shutting down the Radio (not just standby).
Then restart the server. Independent restarts did not help. At least
that's what I think helped. I haven't seen this behaviour for months no.
