All this chatter on different voltage feeds/circuits is irrelevant to the OP (tswright), being in Australia he will have a single phase supply to his home... 220/230/240v - one live wire supplied to premises, I think it's only North America that uses the 120v/240v split-phase system.

Or planning to retain the Telstra Smart wifi booster and add another wifi setup specifically to work with just the SB Radios?
