Are you stuck with that macOS version for technical reason? Or could you simply update it to a newer version?
I don't suppose there's anybody in my area (NW NJ 07853) to do it? I'd be happy to pay $30 per radio.
You'd only have to do it once on the computer. This is not a problem with the Radios, but with the system running LMS.
