I am not treating you like an idiot. Different people have different
knowledge base and skills. I don't know your level. Other contributors
skills and knowledge are much better than mine. However, I am
reasonably good at the steps of problem solving.

The key item I see in this response is that ethernet is working, and for
the Radios using Wifi they will reconnect after rebooting, but then go
red and disconnect. That is a classic symptom of the interference
problem caused by the WiFi6 standard on new routers. The interference
is not necessarily from your router, but it can be from a neighbor's
router that uses WiFi 6. This is a problem limited to the Radios as
the Touch uses a different Wi-Fi chip.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, a stable connection to the router is
the first step; without that trying to resolve problems with connecting
to LMS or MYSB, using spotty or whatever will be frustrating as the
connectivity is unstable. Logging into the router to confirm the Radio
connects can be helpful in this step.

You mentioned in another post you have Cat5, which does support
ethernet. I recommend using ethernet because it eliminates problems
with WiFi. (If you do not have enough ethernet ports on your router,
you will need to get an ethernet switch, but don't go out and buy one
yet until a solution is sorted out.) Did you recently replace your wifi
router? If yes, investigate if the Wifi6 standard can be turned off.
(I have an ASUS router and I have turned off WiFi6 on the 2.4 band.)

One person said that a factory reset is needed for switching between
ethernet and Wifi. I have found that is not required. Factory reset
should be last resort as entering passwords is a pain in the A@%!
However, if i recall correctly, it requires going into advance settings
to find the network settings to switch between using ethernet and Wifi.

At this point, I recommend getting at least 1 Radio using ethernet
working properly with MySB.Com. Then get the remaining Radios working
via ethernet. This way you will know the mySB.com user id and password
is entered correctly. Next step will be sorting out how to get LMS
working with your older Mac, as Michael Herger mentioned. (I cannot
help you on this, no experience.) Once the system works well using
ethernet, then try WiF, and if unstable, then you might need the Wifi to
ethernet bridge solution.

I don't use spotty and cannot offer help. In any case, that is the last
item on the list to sort out.
