Oops, you are right. EveryDoor does this too. Should have thought of that as I
use it.

I'm open to that. I am hesitant around this whole topic because I have no
experience of moderation and I have no idea of the sort of adversaries
involved. If people who know better think that this could work, then let's do
it.
In any case, any tools that bulk-upload notes should start planning for the
contingency of some/all failing.
