I'll second that Josh. Jerry's books are gold and "The Secrets of Consulting" is particularly worth reading. Indeed I've recently purchased another of his: "Perfect Software and other illusions about testing". He's a rare diamond in that he has decades of experience building software, understands people well (his first successful book was "The Psychology of Computer Programming") and is a craftsman of the written word.
