Personally, I couldn't care less the format or the language people use, 
providing they are genuine. It's not as though every other post on the list is 
a spammy ad from a recruiter who is just harvesting CVs and doesn't know the 
target market. 

What I am sick of is seeing people jump on job posts, when TBH, after the last 
12-18 months, we should all feel pretty lucky about the fact that we are even 
seeing job posts (increasing!) for Rails work. Just because some people have 
permanent full time positions doesn't mean they should discourage or try to 
veto posts here that might help others out.
