Not to mention this is the second time we have an email along the lines of "if I were to write one for <company>, this is how it would go" (I'm sure the other one happened on the Brisbane/Somewhere else list, forgive me if I don't recall of the top of my head but I'm sure a lot in here know what I'm talking about). And that thread only became a load of bull *after* said "example".
Between that and a "malformed" job post, I'll stick to the latter. ps: How about helping Rails newbies by not kicking everyone with a job post in the nuts whenever they don't comply with awesome standards. I know that unfortunately doesn't yield page hits, but hey, it's genuine help.
