I don't think it's about spelling errors... As Daniel said earlier, it's about knowing your audience. While they don't all have to be as casual as the Mocra one, the main point is that what is said there would attract the kind of people that love technology and agile, and would fit in with the culture at Mocra - and that's surely what both the employer and employee want. I, for one, apprecitate the job postings. Focus on (in no particular order) the projects, the technology, the environment and the people, and I think you'd cover most of what developers are looking for.
