It's worth noting that none of the Rails Camps aim to make a profit, just to 
cover costs - and it's the venue that makes things expensive. However, with the 
numbers of people interested, we don't have much leeway on that front.

And if we did opt for a more pared-back event, it'd be the usual crew who would 
be organised enough to grab a ticket before it sold out - and so those who 
aren't regulars (read: those who struggle to afford Rails Camps as they are 
now) would still miss out. That's my guess, anyway.

Of course - it's easy to talk things down. Not sure of the best approach 
forward, though... do we set aside a number of tickets for those on lower 
incomes? Will companies and others step up to fund those tickets so others can 
pay a discounted/free rate?
