Yes - I would have no hesitation in reading passages from Harry Potter in a
sermon as an illustration or to make some other appropriate use of the
material.
Yes - I would have no hesitation in reading the book out loud to God.
Afterall he was with me when I read them the first time.
So - it still doesn't answer the fundamental question does it:
Should you comment on a book that you have not read.
The answer of course is no - you should not.
